18. When applying for a master’s degree program, the following admission deadlines are set:
starting date for submitting the documents required for admission - June 20;
the deadline for submitting documents required for admission is September 10.

28. For each entrance test, an assessment scale and a minimum number of points are established, confirming successful completion of the entrance test (hereinafter - the minimum number of points).
The results of each entrance test conducted by the University independently are evaluated on a 100-point scale when applying for bachelor's, specialist's and master's degree programs.
The minimum number of points for the entrance exam for admission to master's programs – 40 points.

(4B) INFORMATION ABOUT THE FORMS OF ENTRANCE EXAMINATIONS CONDUCTED BY THE UNIVERSITY INDEPENDENTLY

79.  In accordance with the Rules, the organization independently conducts, entrance examinations specified in clauses 21, 21.1 and 27 of the Rules, additional entrance examinations, entrance tests for admission to graduate programs. The results of final examinations of preparatory departments, preparatory faculties, courses (schools) and other tests, which are not entrance tests conducted in accordance with the Rules, are not considered for admission.
80. Entrance examinations for bachelor programs, specialty programs are conducted in the form of written testing. Entrance examinations for master's programs are conducted in the form of written testing and interviews.
81. Entrance examinations are conducted in Russian. Along with conducting entrance examinations in Russian, all or some of the entrance examinations conducted by the University independently can be held in a foreign language (English), when applying for admission to study with English-speaking support. Taking the entrance examination in a foreign language (English) is carried out at the request of the applicant. When conducting the same entrance test in different languages, the University establishes the same form and program of the entrance examination.

Taking entrance examinations in another university IS NOT a valid reason for taking internal entrance examinations in reserve days in Tyumen State Medical University.


(6) INFORMATION ABOUT THE POSSIBILITY OF TAKING ENTRANCE EXAMINATIONS CONDUCTED BY THE ORGANIZATION INDEPENDENTLY, IN THE LANGUAGE  OF THE PEPUBLOC OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION, WHERE THE  ORGANIZATION  IS LOCATED (HEREINAFTER -  THE  LANGUAGE OF THE  REPUBLIC  OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION), IN FOREIGN LANGUAGE; INFORMATION ABOUT THE LANGUAGE(S) USED DURING  ENTRANCE EXAMINATIONS CONDUCTED FOR ADMISSION TO MASTER’S DEGREE PROGRAMS WITH A FOREIGN LANGUAGE (LANGUAGES)

81. Entrance examinations are conducted in Russian. Along with conducting entrance examinations in Russian, all or some of the entrance examinations conducted by the University independently can be held in a foreign language (English), when applying for admission to study with English-speaking support. Taking the entrance examination in a foreign language (English) is carried out at the request of the applicant. When conducting the same entrance test in different languages, the University establishes the same form and program of the entrance examination.

(7) Information about the list of applicant’s individual achievements which are taken into account during admission and the procedure of their consideration

44. When applying for master's degree programs, the University awards points for the following individual achievements:


(9) INFORMATION ABOUT THE  OF ENTRANCE EXAMINATIONS EXAMINATIONS FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES, THE DISABLED 

91. The University provides entrance examinations for applicants from among persons with disabilities (hereinafter together – applicants with disabilities), taking into account the peculiarities of their psychophysical development, their individual capabilities and health status (hereinafter – individual characteristics).
92.   The University must be provided with material and technical conditions that allow access for applicants with disabilities in the classroom, toilets and other facilities, as well as their stay in these rooms (including the presence of wheelchair ramps, elevators, handrails, extended doorways elevators; in the absence of elevators, the audience should be located on the first floor of the building).
93.   Entrance examinations for applicants with disabilities are held in a separate audience.
The number of applicants with disabilities in one audience should not exceed:
when passing the entrance test in writing - 12 people;
when taking an oral test - 6 people.
It is allowed to be present in the audience during the entrance test of a larger number of applicants with disabilities, as well as conducting entrance tests for applicants with disabilities in the same audience with other applicants, if it does not create difficulties for applicants at the time of the entrance test.
It is allowed to be present in the audience during the entrance test of an assistant from among the employees of the University or persons who provide applicants with the necessary technical assistance, taking into account their individual characteristics (to take the workplace, move, read and complete the task, communicate with teachers conducting the entrance test).
94. The duration of entrance test for admission with disabilities increases by the decision of the University, but not more than 1.5 hours.
95. Applicants with disabilities are provided with information about the procedure of entrance examinations in an accessible form.
96. In the process of entrance tests applicants with disabilities can use technical facilities necessary for them in connection with their individual characteristics.
97. During the entrance tests, the following additional requirements are provided, depending on the individual characteristics of applicants with disabilities:
1) for the blind:
during the entrance test tasks  are made in relief-point Braille or in the form of an electronic document available via  computer with specialized software for the blind, or read by an assistant;
written tasks are performed on paper in relief-point Braille or on a computer with specialized software for the blind or dictated to the assistant;
applicants for the assignment, if necessary, are provided with a set of stationery and writing paper in braille, a computer with specialized software for the blind;
2) for the weak sighted:
individual uniform illumination of at least 300 lux is provided;
To perform the task the applicants are provided, if necessary, with a magnifying device ; it is also possible to use your own magnifying devices;
tasks to perform, as well as instructions on the order of the entrance tests are made in large print;
3) for the deaf and hearing impaired:
They are provided with sound-amplifying equipment of shared use; if necessary, applicants are provided with sound-amplifying equipment for individual use;
Sign language interpreter services are provided;
4) for deaf-blind people, there are services of a tiflosurd-translator (in addition to the requirements fulfilled for blind and deaf people respectively);
5) for persons with severe speech disorders, deaf, hearing impaired, admission tests  are conducted in writing;
6) for persons with disorders of the musculoskeletal system, disorders of the motor functions of the upper limbs or lack of upper limbs:
written assignments are performed on a computer with specialized software or dictated to the assistant;
 entrance examinations are conducted in oral form.
98.   The conditions specified in paragraphs 92-97 of the Rules are provided by the applicants on the basis of an application for admission containing information about the need to create appropriate special conditions.


(10) INFORMATION ABOUT CONDUCTING ENTRANCE EXAMINATIONS  USING REMOTE TECHNOLOGIES

82. The University may conduct entrance examinations using remote technologies in accordance with the procedure established by the local regulations of the University, provided that the applicant is identified during entrance exams.
99. The university does not conduct entrance examinations for students with disabilities using remote technologies.

(11) RULES OF FILING AND CONSIDERATION OF APPEALS BASED ON THE RESULTS OF RNTRANCE EXAMINATIONS CONDUCTED BY THE UNUVERSITY INDEPENDENTLY

100.   According to the results of the entrance test conducted by the University independently, the applicant (authorized person) has the right to submit a notice of appeal to the appeal commission about the violation, in the opinion of the applicant, of the established procedure for conducting the entrance test and (or) about disagreement with the resulting assessment of the results of the entrance test.
101.   A notice of appeal is made in one of the ways specified in paragraph 60 of the Rules.
102.   During the consideration of the appeal, compliance with the established procedure for conducting the entrance test and (or) the correctness of the evaluation of the results of the entrance test is checked.
103.   The appeal is submitted on the day of the announcement of the results of the entrance test or during the next working day. An appeal of a violation of the established procedure for conducting an entrance test may also be filed on the day of the entrance test.
104.   The appeal shall be considered no later than the next working day after the day of its submitting.
105.  The applicant (trustee) has the right to be present at the appeal consideration. One of the parents or legal representatives, except juveniles, recognized in accordance with the law fully capable before reaching the age of majority, has the right to attend.
106.  After consideration of the note of appeal, the Appeals Commission decides to change the assessment of the results of the entrance test or leave the specified assessment unchanged.
The decision of the appeal commission issued by the protocol is brought
to the attention of the applicant (trustee). The fact of familiarization of the applicant (trustee) with the decision of the appeal commission is certified by the signature of the applicant (trustee).

(12) INFORMATION ABOUT TAKING OBLIGATORY MEDICAL EXAMINATION (CHECKUP) BY APPLICANTS

72.  Upon admission to training in specialties and areas of training – 31.05.01 “General Medicine”, 31.05.02 “Pediatrics”, 31.05.03 “Dentistry”, 33.05.01 “Pharmacy”, 34.03.01 “Nursing”, 32.04 .01 “Public Health” included in the list of specialties and areas of training , when applying for training on which applicants undergo mandatory preliminary medical examinations (checkups) in the manner prescribed at the conclusion of the employment contract or service contract for the relevant position or specialty, approved by the government of the Russian Federation on August 14, 2013 № 697, applicants undergo mandatory preliminary medical examinations (checkups) in the manner prescribed at the conclusion of the employment contract or service contract for the relevant position, profession or specialty

TDocuments required for admission may be submitted by the applicant through the applicant's personal account (www.tyumsmu.ru), except for admission to targeted training and the use of special rights.

(16) INFORMATION ABOUT POSTAL ADDRESS FOR SENDING DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR ADMISSION 

The documents required for admission are submitted through public postal operators in Tyumen State Medical University at the address: 625023, Tyumen, Odesskaya street, 54. Admission Commission.

Consultations are held in the classroom №2, the department of "Public Health and Healthcare", academic building №3, 3rd floor (Tyumen, Odesskaya st., 50).
Entrance examinations are held in the classroom number 2, the department of “Public Health and Healthcare”, academic building №3, 3 floor (Tyumen, Odesskaya st., 50).
Applicants arrive 30 minutes before the start of the entrance examinations with the passport and the  receipt  of the submitted documents to the admission Committee.
