Special attention in the University is paid to practical training of trainees, which is accomplished in the Practical Skills Center, established in 2009.
Currently there are more than 50 phantoms and manikin-training devices in the Center. Students master manual skills, practice clinical settings, most closely resembling real situations and practicing physicians improve their mastership here. The Center offers opportunities for acquisition of skills of a varied degree of complexity such as carrying out of cardio-pulmonary resuscitation, complex surgical manipulations, including in the area of neurosurgery.
In 2012 a simulation room was launched to practice poly-neurological trauma skills.
Advantages of training in the Center:
The Dentistry faculty of the University disposes of a phantom room and also а classroom and simulation rooms in the dental clinic of the University.
